Supporting bushfire relief efforts nationwide

Whitehaven Coal will donate $100,000 to bushfire relief efforts across the country. The donation will be split equally between the Australian Red Cross and the NSW Rural Fire Service.

In addition, Whitehaven will match any donations made by employees.

Donations to the Red Cross help support impacted communities by establishing evacuation centres, providing psychological first aid and emergency assistance including cash grants to people who have lost homes as well as support longer-term recovery programs in fire-affected communities.

Donations to the Rural Fire Service help to fund the volunteers working tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
